A reputable HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive on a contract basis. The role involves managing customer inquiries, assisting in administrative duties, and handling complaints. Applicants should hold a diploma and possess at least 2 years of customer service experience. The position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Competitive salary offered.
6-5-6-5 working days per week from 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm, including weekend and PH. Requires to hold standby phone (taking turns between 3 CS)
