Qualifications

• 5-10+ years working in trade support, site reliability engineering or related fields.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience working in a production Kubernetes environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the health and availability of a world class trading eco-system.
• Responding to support requests from traders and software engineers.
• Liaising with external trading partners to resolve technical problems.
