Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a System or Network Administrator/Engineer role.

Overview
- Job Title: Senior Tech Support Engineer
- Location: Orchard MRT
- Working Hours: Monday - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary: $3500-$4300
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Coordination
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements.
- Coordinate with customers’ IT vendors and maintenance support providers.
- Issue Ownership & Resolution
- Take full ownership of technical issues reported by customers.
- Track issues through to resolution and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
- Install, support, and maintain network infrastructure including:
- Routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers
- Servers, storage systems
- Ensure all setups follow best practices and standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide both onsite and remote support to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues efficiently.
- Technology Integration
- Support technical requirements in customer environments.
- Assist in integrating new technologies with existing systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year in a System or Network Administrator/Engineer role (or similar)
