A recruitment firm located in Singapore seeks a Recruitment Specialist to lead candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 3 years of progressive experience in a dynamic recruitment environment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the offer process, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
Strategically source candidates using advanced search methods and talent intelligence tools using a variety of search methods/job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline
Lead candidate screening by reviewing resumes and conducting competency-based interviews by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings/interviews
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning to coordinate and conduct interviews when required
Advise Hiring Managers on selection strategies and talent market insights on selection of candidates
Oversee reference checks and ensure compliance with internal hiring standards as and when required
Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and ensure positive candidate experience by extending the offer to shortlisted candidates and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and support diversity and inclusion goals is done in accordance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives independently and collaborate cross-functionally
