Job description
The Role
  • Strategically source candidates using advanced search methods and talent intelligence tools using a variety of search methods/job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline

  • Lead candidate screening by reviewing resumes and conducting competency-based interviews by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings/interviews

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning to coordinate and conduct interviews when required

  • Advise Hiring Managers on selection strategies and talent market insights on selection of candidates

  • Oversee reference checks and ensure compliance with internal hiring standards as and when required

  • Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and ensure positive candidate experience by extending the offer to shortlisted candidates and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and support diversity and inclusion goals is done in accordance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives independently and collaborate cross-functionally
