Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager / Site Superintendent in all on-site construction works.
• Assist Construction Manager / Site Superintendent to prepare construction materials ordering, delivery of materials, logistics and work schedule.
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
• Supervise the work and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the working program, operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• To check and ensure compliance with MOM/NEA and relevant authorities requirements.
• Managing the site logistics, coordinate and supervise overall site lifting activities
• Conduct coordination and logistic meeting with subcontractors
• Visual Inspection of Cranes and lifting equipment’s
• Help site team in planning proper lifting equipment for required lifting works
• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School Education / relevant Certificates
• Minimum 10 Years and more as Lifting supervisor/coordinator at construction site
• Certified Lifting Supervisor will be preferred
• Familiar with rigging techniques of construction material
• Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills, able to communicate in English
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• A registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage
