A facilities management corporation in Singapore is seeking a Property Executive to oversee Integrated Facilities Management contracts. The role includes managing contractor performance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management, with additional certifications preferred. This position requires strategic planning and analysis in facilities management to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with performance standards.
Responsible for the contract development and administration of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts and the associated facilities management vendors.
Plan and conduct performance audits on IFM contractors and vendors to monitor and measure performance compliance this includes but is not limited to performing site inspections, interviews, tabletop exercises, documentation audits, etc.
Manage the defining and establishing of Tender/Contractual deliverables and terms.
Review and implement performance measurement policies for IFM and FM contracts.
Engagement with IFM contractors on performance improvement and KPIs assessment.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with IFM contractor to measure FM related services satisfaction level.
Manage contractual budgets and expenditures which includes verifying contractor’s progress claims, and prepare, recommend and issues monthly management service payments to the contractors, including checking and certifying payment.
Responsible for preparation and management of short-, mid- and long-term budgets for IFM contracts.
Perform stakeholders’ engagement and relations management which includes tenant on-boarding, island partners engagement etc.
Assist in tracking and analysis of operations and facilities management related data such as utilities and equipment performance through FM systems.
Support strategic FM planning by exploring new operation optimization opportunities which includes trending analysis, market and agencies engagement, field research and interviews etc.
Property Executive shall possess a minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management disciplines from a recognized tertiary establishment (with Fire Safety Management and Workplace Safety and Health certification is preferred).
