Job summary

A local manpower services company in Singapore is seeking a safety management specialist to develop safety checklists, assist in risk management frameworks, and conduct training. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Safety or a related field, along with knowledge of WSH standards and experience in safety management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong coordination skills are essential. This is a 1-year contract role offering 42 working hours per week.

  • Develop and review safety checklists for ground operations.

  • Consolidate and align safety management systems in high-risk divisions.
  • Organise and coordinate external best-practice visits.
  • Support consultancy studies on Safety Management Systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing Third-Party Risk Management frameworks.
  • Support supervisors on safety policies and related matters.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards
  • Experience in safety management systems, risk assessment, or vendor management
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week.
