Job description
1) Strategic Planning & Operations Support
  • Track and report divisional workplans, Balanced Scorecard metrics, budget utilisation, and manpower planning.

  • Prepare strategic updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Provide secretariat support for workgroups, committees, and management meetings.

  • Assist in strategic projects that may involve cross‑department or cross‑agency collaboration.

2) Grant & Programme Administration
  • Manage grant and programme budgets to ensure proper utilisation in accordance with funding guidelines and terms.

  • Coordinate claims processing and track submission of progress reports.

  • Liaise with partners and Finance to ensure accurate and timely claims, audits, and documentation.

3) Programme Implementation
  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of health literacy initiatives for residents in the West.

  • Work with community partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of the health literacy framework.

  • Strengthen community engagement through coordinated programmes and targeted outreach.

Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with experience in healthcare, public health, community development, policy, or programme management.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Good organisational abilities with an eye for detail and process improvement.

  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative, multi‑stakeholder environment.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
