A social service organization in Singapore seeks a Programme Manager to lead and implement activities that enhance the quality of life for residents. The role involves managing donor and volunteer engagement, providing person-centered care, and collaborating with teams to develop individualized care plans. Candidates should possess a degree and have at least 4 years of relevant experience, with strong organisational and communication skills.
Lead the development and smooth implementation of programmes, activities and events in the Home to enhance residents’ overall quality of life.
Manage donor and volunteer engagement in the Home to promote social well‑being and independent living of residents.
Provide person‑centric care through collaboration practices and practising holistic care philosophy to enhance overall service delivery to Home residents.
Plan and execute programmes/activities catered to the interests and needs of the Home’s residents to promote their overall well‑being and meaningful participation.
Be the main point‑of‑contact in coordination with community partners, volunteers and donors in organising activities to engage residents and for sponsorship of meals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of residents’ participation in programmes and activities.
Build up and maintain network of donors and volunteers, and expand the reach to other programmes in Health and Senior Care (HSC).
Manage volunteers and ensure regular engagement/touch‑base of at least once per month.
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate ground‑up volunteer initiatives.
Collate and prepare relevant data and information for quarterly/biannual reports and yearly/ad‑hoc audits by relevant authorities.
Take on continuous improvement projects to make improvements to the Home’s model of care and service delivery.
Protect residents’ confidentiality by adhering strictly to organisational Personal Data Protection Policy and national Personal Protection Data Act (PDPA) and regulations.
Adhere to organisational and service Standard Operating Procedures and service requirements at all times.
Provide guidance to junior team members in the Home’s Programmes department on programme planning, implementation and managing donor/volunteer relationships.
Participate in multi‑disciplinary team meetings and work with the Social Work and Nursing teams in the Home to formulate Individualised Care Plans (ICP) for all residents.
Work with services and programmes within HSC in identifying volunteer needs and trends to build and sustain a team of HSC volunteers.
Degree in any discipline
At least 4 years of experience in planning and implementing social service programmes and/or managing donors/volunteers
Candidates with less than 4 years of experience may be considered for 'Programme Executive'
Microsoft office
