Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to support tendering activities and manage project scheduling for roadworks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3 years of relevant experience, and Primavera P6 certification. Responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (PE Board recognized).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roadworks or viaduct projects (preferably LTA projects).
• Primavera P6 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Director/Planning Manager in tendering activities.
• Prepare tender drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and proposals.
• Plan and schedule construction activities, including baseline programmes and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Assist in claim preparation and tender documentation.
• Attend project and coordination meetings.
• Oversee site quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in claim preparation and tender documentation.
• Attend project and coordination meetings to ensure timely progress.
• Oversee site quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (PE Board recognized).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roadworks or viaduct projects (preferably LTA projects).
• Primavera P6 certification required.
