A leading toy company in Singapore is seeking a Mould Engineering expert to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of mould production. In this role, you will apply your expertise in design for manufacturing, collaborate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, knowledge of injection mould design, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mould and moulding related industry.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of process improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right level of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is applied.
• Promote Continuous Improvement across Mould Development.
• Lead initiatives within Mould Development focused on Quality and Productivity.
