Job summary

A prominent footwear company is seeking a Sr Manager of Distribution & Logistics in Singapore. This role will oversee logistics operations including warehousing and transportation, drive process improvements, and manage relationships with 3PL partners. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in logistics or distribution management, expertise in the SEA landscape, and strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools is a plus. Flexible work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics or distribution management.
• Strong expertise in B2B, Ecommerce, and trade compliance.
• Experience driving operational optimization via Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEA B2B and Ecommerce operations including warehousing and transportation.
• Manage 3PL relationships based on performance metrics.
• Develop and implement the SEA distribution footprint.
