A community infrastructure organization in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of community infrastructure building and upgrading projects. The role requires managing project teams, ensuring compliance with quality and budgetary constraints, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 5 years in infrastructure project management along with relevant professional certifications. This position is offered on a 3-year contract basis.
To support the Division in the project management of People’s Association (PA)’s community infrastructure to meet its operation needs and to achieve its objectives to promote social cohesion and community bonding. Manage the implementation of community infrastructure building and upgrading projects. Leads the project teams of assigned projects and taskforces for special projects of the Division.

Minimum - Professional Certification in Building or Project Management or Engineering or other relevant qualification.
Minimum - 5 years in infrastructure/building project management and/or M&E consultancy services with good track records. Desired - More than 7 years in infrastructure/building project management and/or M&E consultancy services with good track records.
