Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior / Lab Engineer to oversee laboratory testing and analytical capabilities for a leading semiconductor manufacturer. You will manage testing methods, support method validation, maintain lab instrumentation, and provide analytical input for production troubleshooting.


Mandatory Skill-set


  • Degree in Chemical Process, Applied Science, Chemistry, or Physics;

  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in laboratory or analytical roles within manufacturing;

  • Good understanding of analytical techniques, ideally trace metals analysis;

  • Familiarity with GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, and measurement system concepts.


Desired Skill-set


  • Exposure working in clean-room environment within semiconductor manufacturing;

  • Experience in method development and correlation studies across multiple sites.


Responsibilities


  • Implement and maintain chemical/physical test methods and SOPs;

  • Lead new equipment setup, method development, and validation work;

  • Plan and allocate testing workload to meet operational requirements;

  • Investigate measurement deviations and issue findings reports;

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical summaries;

  • Support production troubleshooting with appropriate laboratory analyses;

  • Coordinate correlation and round-robin activities with other laboratory sites.
