Job summary

A luxury goods retailer in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Executive. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate transport logistics, and maintain compliance with regulations. You should be proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented with good communication skills, and ideally have experience in logistics management. This full-time position requires adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inventory & logistics management will be advantageous.
  • Experience in inventory management software such as Business Central is a plus.

  • Perform daily stock count and record daily movement.
  • Coordinate/manage transportation of goods and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to SOP procedures.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily stock count, record daily movement, and do stock adjustment.
  • Updates excel worksheet on all outgoing shipment to insurer for insurance coverage at the end of the day.
  • Compute insurance value and arrange stocks for insurance.
  • Issue Transfer Order (TO), Marketing Loan (ML), Manual OA (spare parts), Proforma Invoice (PI)/ Commercial Invoice and Tax invoices.
  • Coordinate/manage the transportation of goods, including import and export activities permit / cites and carnet, and ensure full compliance.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Perform quarterly/half-yearly and annual stock‑take and reconcile when there is discrepancy.
  • Perform consignment billing/ Inter‑company billing and ad‑hoc direct billing.
  • Attend to enquiries and support sales department to facilitate sales transactions.
  • Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Brands Department and arrange for deliveries to respective boutiques.
  • Work closing with Operation / Brands team on updating of Purchase / Sales Price list.
  • Assist in inventory management and safety/control, adhering to SOP procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the department whenever required.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel & Word and system savvy.
  • Willing to learn and adaptable to changes.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Detail‑oriented and positive work attitude.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in inventory & logistics management will be advantageous.
  • Experience in inventory management software such as Business Central will be advantageous, otherwise training will be provided.
