A leading instrumentation company in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Manager to manage full-cycle hiring, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and oversee training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 5-10 years of HR experience, including leadership. Bilingual in English/Mandarin is preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive local HR experience, with at least 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Capability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel, creating job descriptions.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement.
• Ensure adherence to local labour laws and develop company policies.
• Oversee performance reviews and skill development programs.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Coordinate health, safety, and wellness programs.
