Job description

The Senior HR Executive will provide HR support to assigned divisions, working closely with division leaders and the HR team to ensure the delivery of effective, day-to-day HR services. This role involves hands‑on support and coordination across various HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, rewards, and change management support. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers within the divisions and will play a key role in supporting HR objectives and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Provide timely and effective support for the recruitment of talents to meet division needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and preparation of offer letters.
  • Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure alignment of requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment‑related trackers and reports regularly.
HR Administration & Payroll Support
  • Manage the preparation and processing of HR documents (e.g., contracts, letters, data changes) and ensure proper documentation is maintained for governance and audits.
  • Provide administrative support in the annual performance and salary review process, including data collation and tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs for the assigned divisions.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and support audit‑related activities.
Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Lead and coordinate the People Opinion Survey (POS) process for assigned divisions, supporting leaders in developing and tracking follow‑up actions to improve engagement.
  • Support managers in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring proper documentation is maintained, and escalating complex cases as appropriate.
  • Handle managers' and employees' queries with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
  • Conduct exit interviews, document findings, and assist in analysing trends for retention insights.
HR Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers in assigned divisions for general HR matters and policy clarifications.
  • Support the communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Respond to and process HR information requests.
  • Participate in HR‑related projects such as career fairs, recruitment initiatives, and others as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the non‑profit or social service sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in HR processes.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Self‑motivated with good initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Team‑oriented with the flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight timelines.
