About the Role:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Design and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards to enable scenario analysis and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Deliver in‑depth analysis of financial outcomes and underlying business drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Serve as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders, offering actionable insights and recommendations grounded in data.
  • Communicate financial results and insights effectively to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations.
  • Support the development of business cases, investment assessments, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Take ownership of detailed financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness—no detail is too small.
  • Proactively gather data, perform rigorous analysis, and validate reporting outputs for precision and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes, leading implementation of efficiency improvements.
  • Produce high‑quality management reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights.
  • Leverage visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to transform complex data into intuitive, actionable formats.
  • Ensure all financial reporting is concise, user‑friendly, and tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Continuously enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytical frameworks to improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Advocate for and drive the adoption of technology solutions within FP&A to optimize processes and reporting.

About You:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in purely FP&A
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
  • Hands‑on, self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey financial data clearly and influence decisions.
