Job description

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or similar yield.
2. 3-5 years’ work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshoot work. Candidate with more experience and capability will be considered manager position.
3. Experience in field service management with supervisory roles with strong problem-solving skills on tools and leadership skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively to achieve organization objectives.
5. Maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.

Job description

1. Overall manage N2 purge related tool installation progress to ensure proper set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.
2. Communicate with end users closely to ensure all matters related to tools are well taken care.
3. Ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards for quality work.
4. Occasional travel is required to support oversea installation projects such as Japan or USA. Training to Taiwan will be provided.
5. Support marketing and promotion of company product when required.
