Who We Need
The Strategic Marketing department under the Corporate Development Division is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase the market share of Mount Alvernia Hospital’s services. It also serves as a key revenue driver for the hospital.
In this role, you will ensure that our services and tenants are effectively promoted to the right audience through strategic packaging of services and products that meet market needs. You will be versed in the core pillars of strategic marketing—developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, managing partnerships and sponsorships, creating new market streams, leveraging marketing channels, and conducting market analysis.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Execute marketing workplans and activities according to established milestones and timelines.
- Support market scanning and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing and communication campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with corporate organisations and community partners.
- Reach out to companies and external partners for collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate and manage event planning and execution, including seminars and talks.
- Handle administrative and operational duties, including coordination of corporate contracts, budget tracking, and report preparation.
- Manage and analyse marketing and customer data to monitor campaign effectiveness, support lifecycle marketing, and deliver personalised content.
- Stay up to date with digital and social media trends and apply them effectively in campaigns.
How to Succeed
- Possess a Degree in Marketing or at least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders from all levels.
- Adaptable and resourceful when handling tight deadlines or unexpected changes.
- A strong team player who takes pride in delivering quality work.
