Overview

This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:

Responsibilities
  • Deliver collaterals development as directed by creative briefs
  • Work with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
  • Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
  • Support the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
  • Generate reports and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Optimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed
Qualifications
  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus
  • Good understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing campaigns and marketing communications plans
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the regulatory processes is a plus
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborative and motivated team player
