What the role is:

We leverage deep technical, legal, and business expertise to help innovative enterprises grow through their intangible assets, including IP, from Singapore, through Singapore. What you will be working on:

  1. Oversee Accounts Payable and Staff Claims (Non-HR) functions, providing financial advice and ensuring effective finance processes.
  2. Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve long-outstanding payments.
  3. Review staff claims for compliance with policies and regulations.
  4. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  5. Support grant administration by monitoring budgets and collating reports.
  6. Drive process improvements through data analytics and automation.
  7. Update finance policies in line with standards and regulations.
  8. Prepare reports and statistics for management and government agencies.
  9. Lead and execute system enhancements and projects related to accounting.
  10. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  11. Perform other finance duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  1. A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience with WorkDay system is advantageous.
  3. Energy, curiosity, and ambition to contribute to an innovation agency.
