Job description
Key responsibilities
1) Asset management
  • Oversee assigned properties/portfolio to ensure optimum property performance
  • Prepare annual budgets, asset plans, regulatory reports and presentation for management and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress of asset enhancement works
  • Execution of real estate transactions, including acquisition, divestment and post transaction management work
  • Any other duties assigned
2) Leasing and marketing
  • Conduct competitive market research and analysis of real estate market trend
  • Establish and build networks with appointed agencies to source for new tenants
Job requirements
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in real estate industry
  • Highly numerate with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prior knowledge of property valuation methods preferred
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach; well-organized and detail-oriented
  • High situational and social awareness, with strong relationship-building capabilities with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Occasional travel trips for work required
