Job summary

A healthcare recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Support role to manage onboarding and offboarding processes. You will support HR policies and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services. Candidates should have a Diploma in HR or related fields, with at least 1-year experience in an HR support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success. This position offers a monthly salary of up to $3000.

Qualifications

  • Support the Manager and Team Lead in HR policies and programmes.

  • Enhance on-site experience for new hires and departing staff during transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and relevant legislation.
  • Deliver high-quality HR services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate HR system records per established procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.
  • Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver value-added HR services and support.
  • Administer and execute end-to-end HR processes related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Enhance on-site experience for new hires and departing staff during transition periods.
  • Ensure services are compliant with policies and all relevant legislation.

Job Requirements:
