• Issue Weekly Event Forecasts and Banquet Event Orders.
• Prepare printing materials relating to the event.

• Manage and control all available function room spaces.
• Work with trusted event vendors/suppliers.

Overview

Adopts a supervisory role within the Events Team to ensure that the team performs in optimal conditions and that weekly rosters are planned fairly and in accordance to the event workflow and the individual’s workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of all private event matters with clients in a timely fashion, through Golf Event Overviews, Banquet Event Orders and any other communication channels.
• Issue Weekly Event Forecasts and Banquet Event Orders in a timely fashion to allow all relevant departments/sections to plan their market list, manpower and other requirements.
• Prepare printing materials relating to the event (eg; directional signs, menu, food tags etc.).
• Attend to billing enquiries and prepare billing summaries for all private event transactions.
• Manage and control all available function room spaces.
• Work with trusted event vendors/suppliers to offer additional event services to clients (eg; décor, emcee, live band, entertainment etc.).
• To ensure that service of the highest standard is accorded to members and clients at all times.
