A leading mental health institution in Singapore is seeking a Case Manager for the Early Psychosis Intervention Programme (EPIP). Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will empower individuals (aged 12 – 40 years old) suffering from early psychosis or at risk of developing psychosis, and their families to take ownership of their recovery journey through evidence-based interventions and interdisciplinary care.
