Job Summary

The Business Excellence Senior Executive will support Business Excellence Manager in driving awareness of requirements across business units, identifying substandard systems/processes through real-time data evaluation, and serving as a strategic liaison to promote efficiency and productivity. He/she will develop and implement innovative solutions, ensure transparent project management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support stakeholders in preparing analyses, reports, and presentations, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and tailored to audience needs.
  • Monitor and track global, regional and local performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Monitor daily system revenue, proactively troubleshoot issues and escalating problems to the appropriate teams or partners for resolution.
  • Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) for CRM, providing guidance to users, training and documenting feedback for system improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status updates, weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and visualizations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
  • Support commercial teams with RFQ, clarifying requirements, ensuring alignment on sales performance objectives to drive business excellence.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties or projects which may be required from time to time.
Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytic, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, or related field.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.) and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
