Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bread and pastry production
• Mix, shape, proof, and bake a range of products to standard
• Supervise and train junior bakers and assistants
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Manage inventory, ingredients, and production schedules
• Contribute to recipe development and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional baking experience
• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production techniques

• Reliable, organized, and able to work early mornings
