We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Inforce and Funds Management.

In this role you will
  • Responsible for monitoring and management of ILP funds including preparing the ILP Sub‑Fund annual and semi‑annual reports, annual due diligence / Know Your Customers (“KYC”), risk classification review, corporate action, new fund launches, management of customer communication and other ad‑hoc projects.
  • Enhance and automate existing processes to improve turnaround times and accuracy.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders including external fund managers to provide accurate information on a timely basis.
  • Analyse sales, persistency, trends to optimise profitability
  • Support management of Index Universal Life products including assessing indices performance and the setting of participation and cap rates.
  • Assist in the pricing and monitoring of portfolio initiatives across all life insurance products
  • Prepare regular reports on initiatives performance, persistency trends, financial impact, customer behaviour analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS307 and other relevant internal policies or guidelines.
To be successful you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field
  • Has prior regulatory, reporting experience and knowledge of insurance products.
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of planning and problem solving
  • Experience with Excel VBA
