Job summary

A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Responsibilities also include preparing month-end closing schedules, handling tax filings, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, along with 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Finance/Accounting department.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable functions including processing invoices and payments.
  • Prepare month-end closing schedules including prepayments and accruals.
  • Respond to supplier statement reconciliations and enquiries.
  • Assist in statutory audit requirements and compliance with policies.
  • Prepare financial reporting for semi-active & dormant entities.
  • Handle tax-related filings such as Corporate Tax and GST/VAT.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to communicate clearly in English

Education

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
