A leading finance recruitment agency is seeking an experienced SEA Finance Manager to oversee finance functions across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. Candidates should have a strong finance leadership background with over 10 years of experience, proficiency in financial regulations such as US GAAP and IFRS, and capability in managing a regional team. Strong ERP skills are essential, and experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong regional exposure across SEA markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEA tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for all SEA entities.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the SEA region.
• Manage regional cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team of 5 or more direct reports.
