• Handle queries and follow-up with applicants for CET courses.
• Guide corporate clients on the application process in the system under STEP.
• Ad-hoc assignment where appropriate.

Duties

• Perform data verification of historical data migrated from SIMS to STEP web portal.
• Support the administration of Singapore Customs courses which are conducted monthly.
• Track grant disbursement for IMAs learners and prepare reports on the status of learners’ progress.
• Handle queries and follow‑up with applicants for Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses offered by SBM pertaining to STEP processes.
• Guide corporate clients on the application process in the system under STEP.
• Ad‑hoc assignment where appropriate.

Working Hours

Mon to Thu 8:30am to 6pm, Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
