Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP SD/MM Business Analyst to join our team supporting a global project. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, coupled with hands‑on experience in ABAP debugging and troubleshooting. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and SAP technical teams for SD/MM-related processes.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP SD/MM modules, including order management, pricing, shipping, procurement, inventory, and invoice processing.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues using ABAP debugging tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of custom enhancements and interfaces.
• Support integration with third‑party systems (e.g., EDI, logistics platforms).
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes in sales, distribution, and procurement.
• Hands‑on experience in ABAP debugging and issue resolution.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Chinese speaking is a must to interact with regional Chinese‑speaking stakeholders for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global SAP rollouts or multi‑country implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern UI tools.
• Knowledge of EDI processes and integration scenarios.
• SAP certification in SD or MM is a plus.
