Primary Objective

You will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and customer engagement. You play a critical role for optimizing sales efficiency by handling quotations, managing compliance, and supporting digital tools.

Key Result Area & Accountabilities
Sales Administration & Support (Approx. 70%)
  • Supports Inside / Outside Sales on a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Handle quotation and rate filing requests received from Inside/Outside Sales or customers
  • Follow up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked, customers lost and take actions on it
  • Follow up on digitalize customers with phone calls/reminders based on customer qualification priority defined at Group level
  • Support Customers in the utilization of digital tools
  • Contribute to dispute resolution (if related to quotation) and liaise with Pricers & customer care on Freight & container free time claims
  • Ensure customers are matching compliance rules at sales stage
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of presentation materials, reports, RFQ bids/tender, website updates, sales credits maintenance
Sales & Promotion (Approx. 30%)
  • Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, Value added services, intermodal, CEVA…) to a portfolio of digital customers based on leads received
  • Any other tasks and projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role within maritime industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
