Job summary

A Singapore-based investment firm is seeking a dedicated professional for sales and administrative support. The role requires a diploma in Business/Marketing/Sales and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales materials, and providing assistance in marketing activities. The position offers a 44-hour work week in a convenient location close to Tuas Link MRT with staff perks such as an in-house canteen and gym.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and organized in work.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc.
  • Responsible for new account opening and credit applications.
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls.
  • Manage products for reservation allocation and promotion purpose.
  • Maintain database to drive accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfil customers' requests and orders.
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as food events or product launch.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
