Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Sales Support Assistant/Sales Admin in Jurong East, Singapore. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sales documents, managing accurate sales records, supporting sales order processing, and performing general administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least 'N'/'O' level qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a contract duration until June 2026 with a salary of up to $3,000, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

  • Support the processing of quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
  • Assist with filing and other administrative duties as required.

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 basic salary

  • Duration: Contract (Dec 2025 till June 2026)
