A staffing agency is seeking a Sales Support Assistant/Sales Admin in Jurong East, Singapore. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sales documents, managing accurate sales records, supporting sales order processing, and performing general administrative tasks. Position: Sales Support Assistant/Sales Admin
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 basic salary
Duration: Contract (Dec 2025 till June 2026)
Industry: Shipbuilding and Engineering
Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents and internal correspondence
Ensure all sales records are accurate, complete, and properly filed
Assist in updating and maintaining internal sales databases and tracking sheets
Support the processing of quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
Assist with filing and other administrative duties as required
Minimum 'N'/'O' level
Proficient in basic computer skills & Microsoft Office
Good communication & interpersonal skills
