A company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist in various administrative tasks including sales requests, customer meetings, and accounts receivables. The role involves general office support and managing marketing activities. Ideal for candidates with a proactive approach to assist in diverse responsibilities.
As a sales support administrator, you will:
1. Assist to list in SKUs, follow up on sales requests and action items.
2. Attend customer meetings ( in house or on site ) , take minutes and ensure follow up of action items.
3. Assist in Accounts Receivables , ageing debts follow up.
4. Assist the Accounts team in support duties.
5. General admin office support duties and as and when tasked by management.
6. Assist to manage marketing activities and programs.
