Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key account relationships: Build in-depth partnerships with key clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and provide customized solutions to meet their fresh food ingredient delivery requirements.
  • Sales strategy formulation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and plans, ensuring sales targets are met and market share is increased. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate responsive measures.
  • Sales promotion and market expansion: Actively identify and develop new potential clients through market research and marketing initiatives, while expanding the business scale of existing key accounts. Enhance brand awareness and reputation to create more sales opportunities.
  • Customer needs analysis and solution provision: Listen to and understand the needs of key clients, analyze their business models and challenges, and provide practical solutions to meet their fresh food ingredient delivery demands.
  • Order management and coordination: Work with the internal supply chain team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Sales experience: Relevant industry sales experience, particularly in fresh food supply chains or the catering industry, is preferred. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with key clients.
  • Business knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fresh food supply chain and catering industry, including familiarity with food ingredient delivery processes and requirements. Knowledge of key clients’ business models and needs, enabling the provision of professional solutions.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at different levels. Capable of listening to customer needs and conveying information accurately to establish strong working relationships.
  • Team collaboration: Strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Effective coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time order delivery.
  • Business acumen: Strong commercial insight and market analysis skills, with the ability to understand market trends and competitor dynamics. Capable of developing effective sales strategies and plans to enhance sales performance and market share.
