Master Digital is a growing web design agency that helps local businesses build modern, high-converting websites. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Representative who is friendly, proactive, and confident in speaking with business owners.

Your main focus is to talk to interested prospects, follow up, and help them choose the right website package.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to inbound WhatsApp and email enquiries

• Follow up with warm leads and book appointments

• Share our website packages and explain benefits clearly

• Attend simple Zoom or face-to-face consultations

• Work closely with our team to prepare quotations

• Help clients feel confident in choosing our services

• Maintain basic notes in our tracking sheet

We want someone who is good with people and can communicate well.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to business owners

• Basic experience in customer service, admin, sales, or client coordination

• Comfortable handling messages quickly during business hours

• Able to work onsite in Woodlands

• Good English communication

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus (not required):

• Experience selling digital services (Web design, Marketing services)

• Experience handling WhatsApp or CRM tools

Compensation

• Base Salary: $2000 - $2500

• Commission: Earn a percentage for every project closed

• Monthly performance reviews and opportunities for growth

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday (half day)
