Overview
  • Basic $5500 - $6500
  • Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.30pm
  • Location: Jurong East
  • Permanent Role + AWS + VB + 18AL
Job Responsibilities

Account Management (70%)

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and retention.
  • Handle RFQs, inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate communication with clients.
  • Oversee account performance, project implementation, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Manage receivables follow-up to ensure prompt payments.

New Business Development (30%)

  • Prospect and secure new clients, with emphasis on the semiconductor and pharmaceutical sectors, to expand market share.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential customers.
  • Support strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years\' sales experience with a proven track record in account management and business development, preferably in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
