Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at the heart of Jurong West Market. Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services as well as other beauty services such as facials and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires a new enthusiastic beautician who is not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote a wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced beautician / consultant (Full‑time) to join our growing family.

Basic salary + commission.

Basic requirements:

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles, otherwise beauty industry experience.
• Six days work week.
• Other ad‑hoc duties instructed by the manager.
• Promote a wide range of services and packages.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Hardworking and team cooperative.
• Able to commute well with peers / a team player.
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after‑sales relationships with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
• Independent and self‑motivated.
• Beauty / Facial knowledge.
• Must hit personal sales target.
