Job summary

A leading industrial sales company in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive business growth by promoting industrial equipment within key sectors such as manufacturing and aviation. The role involves developing new markets, managing customer relationships, and preparing competitive quotations. Candidates should possess an NITEC or Diploma in Engineering and ideally have 1–2 years of experience in sales. A valid Class 3 driving license is also required. Job Summary

Drive business growth by promoting and selling industrial equipment and systems to key sectors including manufacturing, construction, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and aviation. Develop new markets and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets and expand company revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales initiatives to promote industrial equipment and systems within manufacturing, construction, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and aviation sectors, driving measurable revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate new customer accounts and market segments to expand business opportunities and increase market share
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships through effective commercial negotiations and ongoing engagement to maximize client retention and satisfaction
  • Implement targeted sales and marketing activities to retain and grow the existing customer base
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals, and proactively follow up on sales enquiries to successfully close deals
  • Provide basic technical support and product information to customers to enable informed purchasing decisions
  • Execute additional duties and assignments as directed by management to support overall business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or a related industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and customer-management skills applied in sales contexts
  • Experience in related industries is advantageous
  • Strong interest and passion for sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: SGD $3,000 – $4,200 (commensurate with experience)
