Job summary

Responsibilities
Primary Duties
  • Develop and manage a customer portfolio to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product updates, and provide insights.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Secondary Duties
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance against KPIs.
  • Participate in product and market discussions with management.
  • Support team members by sharing market knowledge and insights.
  • Travel internationally for customer visits or business development, when required.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of relevant technical sales or customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of optics, physics, or mechanical engineering is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative to generate leads.
  • Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering is an advantage.
