Job Highlights

  • Office Location: Near Ubi MRT, Singapore
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Salary Range: S$3,000 – S$4,000/month
  • Allowance & Bonus: Variable bonus; travel reimbursement provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, retailers, and developers
  • Promote company products and create product awareness
  • Prepare sales and technical presentation materials
  • Explain product features during demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide product updates and support to clients via email or calls
  • Attend site walks and surveys to understand client requirements (occasional travel to client sites)
  • Prepare sales quotations, tenders, and negotiate contract terms
  • Match customer needs to proposed solutions and secure orders
  • Track sales progress and meet assigned KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, client engagement metrics)
  • Manage projects, monitor progress, and ensure smooth completion
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants and subcontractors
  • Provide timely project status updates to management
  • Attend to maintenance issues during Defects Liability Period (DLP)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Engineer in the local construction industry
  • Proven B2B sales experience with client-facing and project coordination responsibilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
