Sales Director

Adelphi Digital are looking for a Sales Director to join our international digital consultancy. We help our clients to understand the power and potential of the web and need a Sales Director who can help our current and potential clients to identify opportunities for their businesses.

This is truly dynamic role; you will operate at a board level, influencing commercial and operational issues. We have ambitious plans for our future. You’ll be joining the business at a challenging and stimulating time, in a high profile role with the opportunity to really make a difference.

You’ll be responsible for :
  • Partner liaison.
  • Spotting opportunities and providing recommendations to clients at CEO level.
  • Reviewing the market and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Leading and coordinating pitch and project teams.
  • Maximising revenue through new business wins.
  • Writing proposals, drafting commercial terms.
  • Contractual negotiations.
  • Building a pipeline of potential contacts, clients and leads.
  • Establishing business partnerships.
You will be :
  • An expert in digital communications including web builds, CMS and intranets.
  • An expert communicator, speaker, negotiator.
  • A natural networker, influencer, sales person (without being one of THOSE sales people).
  • Be a team player, fun, irreverent, happy to muck in, ambitious, passionate, honest, energetic.
