A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist the Sales team with various tasks including order fulfillment, shipment documentation, and customer service. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics Operations and should be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
To provide necessary support to the Sales manager and Deputy Sales Manager by coordinating with the sales team in managing schedules, filling in important documents and communicating relevant information.
To perform order fulfilment tasks and handle all export shipping documentation including custom clearance
To handle certificate of origin, bill of lading, invoicing, preparation of packing list and drafting L/C
To maintain filling, updating and keeping of records
Handling customers’ enquiries and maintaining tip-top service to customers by providing after-sales support.
Other ad-hoc duties like managing stock inventory and sales operations as assigned by Sales Managers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Logistics Operations with 1-3 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge and understanding of all shipping terms and associated with shipping knowledge will be an advantage
We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin.
