Job summary

Responsibilities

Promote and sell after-sales systems, products, and services.

Maintain ongoing communication with current clients and explore new business opportunities.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and relevant reports.

Follow up on customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Support after-sales operations through marketing activities, client visits, and service coordination.

Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and project walk-throughs to understand technical and commercial needs.

Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product briefings.

Monitor tenders, quotations, and technical clarifications closely.

Track project progress from initial enquiry to final closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales, preferably in an after-sales, service, or technical environment.

Proven ability in managing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Customer-focused mindset.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Possesses a valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
