The Job
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience from the very first interaction.
  • Provide expert advice on collections, utilizing in‑depth product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through strong client engagement, upselling, and tailored service.
  • Foster long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow‑up.
  • Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times.
The Talent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales setting.
  • Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, horology, and fine jewelry.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a service‑oriented approach, passion, motivation for sales, and a strong aesthetic sense.
