Job summary

A marine and power industries company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for a critical role in maintaining sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle sales administration, coordinate with the shipping department, and provide support to the Area Manager. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in related sectors. A competitive salary package and opportunities for working from home are offered.

  • Product training will be provided by the sales team or sales director from Italy.

  • Sales coordination for dedicated countries.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department on order delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

Job description
Position: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator [Italian MNC - Marine and Power Industries]

Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]

After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month

Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore

Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Job Scopes:
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
