We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support sales leader with daily administrative and sales-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has strong organisational skills, and can ensure smooth back-end operations.

Part-time role: Morning shift only (4 hours daily)

Administrative Support
  • Handle daily paperwork, filing, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and order forms.
  • Assist with basic data entry and record maintenance.
Sales Coordination
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, or required information.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating simple tasks that ensure timely customer responses.
Customer Communication
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner (mainly via WhatsApp, email, or phone).
  • Help clarify simple inquiries or pass them to the sales team when needed.
Operational Support (Light)
  • Assist with simple order tracking and updating internal systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams when necessary.
Adaptability & Teamwork
  • Willingness to learn internal processes.
  • Able to work independently while also supporting the wider team when needed.
